Custom pegRNA and sgRNA manufacturing
We offer an enzymatic long pegRNA and sgRNA production service designed to overcome the limitations of traditional chemical synthesis. Unlike chemically synthesized long RNAs, which are often constrained by length and may suffer from lower yields and impurities, our enzymatic approach enables the efficient production of high-purity long RNAs at lengths exceeding 120 nucleotides. Designed for complex prime editing applications, our long RNA products offer superior integrity and functionality.
While currently optimized for research use (RUO), we are actively developing capabilities to support future large-scale GMP manufacturing for clinical applications. With rigorous quality control and the ability to meet regulatory standards, our enzymatic long RNA production service is a powerful solution for genome editing.
